Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted. Back to Top

Can I order via mail or fax?
Yes, we will gladly accept an order via mail or fax.

Can I place a phone order?
Yes, we would be glad to take a phone order. Simply call Jeeny Beans Customer Service toll free at 1-866-666-1213 Monday through Friday, EST, between 8:30am and 4:30pm

Ordering from another country?
We can ship to any country in the world! Just fax us your order to:(616)531-2505 and keep the following in mind:

All payments must be made in US funds preferably credit cards

Shipping and Handling fees will likely be greater than the standard fees.We will inform you of the new fee upon receiving your order

You will be responsible for paying any additional import charges, duties, or taxes to the carrier when your order is delivered.back to top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and contact us for return instructions. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 72 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you have not worn it or used it, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount. Simply follow the instructions on the back of the invoice.

To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box with packing materials, including all accessories. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.

Personalized items, opened personal care items, pierced earrings and special order merchandise are not returnable. Worn merchandise can only be returned if clearly defective. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
We make your clothes at the time we receive your order. So depending on the season ship dates can run from 1-4 weeks. Occasionally our items are even more popular then we expected. Once we have sold out on a particular style it is gone. Please order immediately. If, however, an order is delayed due to availability or other circumstances, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery date. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We constantly update our computer system with new information from our vendors. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time. Back to Top

Why did prices change?
It's hard to always stay on top and once in awhile a mistake or error may take place in putting together our website...In the unlikely event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to change our prices.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
The State of Michigan asks that a 6% sales tax is applied to any items purchased from Jeeny Beans.Back to Top

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because we make your clothes to order, please allow a 7 day time to produce your order. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, so your order should arrive in 12-17 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes and No!

Yes if you are purchasing via mail and have prepaid with a personal check.

No, if you are using a credit card, your credit card billing address must match your requested shipping address. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to weight, product type and destination.

Some of our products ship from our facility, so we have set the fairest prices using UPS Ground. In other instances, your order is shipped directly from one of our suppliers. The individual suppliers ultimately determine the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.

Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Select products offer an express shipping option (They will say this in the online catalog). In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee.
